We have partnered with Student Connections to help you understand your loan repayment commitments and address any issues you may encounter. This is a service at no cost to you.
In the coming months, you may receive a telephone call, email or text message from a Borrower Advocate who will:

• Provide Direct Loans details and servicer contact information.
• Help you understand your loan obligations and responsibility.
• Discuss available options for an achievable and affordable repayment plan.
• Ensure you are aware of repayment options during financial hardships.
• Promote you long-term repayment success.
• Make you aware of new repayment options and tools.
• Inform you of critical action periods during the repayment process.
