Dental Assisting
Get the Skills to Begin a Career as a Dental Assistant in as few as 10 Months
Good oral health is an important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. That's why dentists and oral surgeons always need assistants to help care for their patients. The Dental Assisting program at YTI Career Institute is designed to prepare the student for an entry-level position as a Dental Assistant in a General Dentistry Practice, Orthodontics Practice, Pediatric Dentistry, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Periodontics. Students will develop front office skills and lab skills, as well as chairside assisting, radiology, sterilization and CPR.

- Total cost $19,860 (Includes: Tuition, electronic device, eBooks/books, tools, materials, uniforms, and student fees)
- Financial Aid is available to those who qualify. Our team will work with you to determine what you’re eligible for and how to pay for school.

Schedule
On Campus Labs
- Campus Lab Hours Day Program: 9am - 3pm
- 2-3 Lab sessions per week, based on course needs
- Campus Lab Hours Evening Program: 5pm - 9pm
- 2-3 Lab sessions per week, based on course needs
Online Learning
- Students will need approximately 25-30 hours per week for instruction, labs, activities, reading assignments, and homework
- All materials are accessible in an asynchronous format 24 hours a day/7 days a week
- First week includes acclimation to the systems
