YTI Career Institute is proud to announce their newly upgraded Computer Systems Specialist program at the York campus.

The Computer Systems Specialist program is a 21 month program that now includes training with Apple Macintosh systems, along with Microsoft Windows and Linux. Virtually every industry depends on computer systems and networks to perform efficiently so there is an ever-present demand for well trained Computer Systems Specialist. Employers search for candidates with knowledge and understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, application software and networking.

At YTI Career Institute, these topics are thoroughly covered along with specific hands-on training in database design, router setup and administration, website design, help desk support strategies, and programming design. YTI students also experience the industry first hand during field trips and a three month externship, making our graduates prepared for positions as Technical Support Specialists, Computer Technicians, IT Technicians and more.
