Professionals in electrical technology must be proficient in math. You should have solid understanding of algebra to get a full grasp of what you're being taught in your program.

Aside from the knowledge and experience you need to bring to the job, you need to have well-developed social skills in order to communicate efficiently with your clients and teammates.
