YTI Career Institute's York campus is offering qualified students the opportunity to join the new Cybersecurity program set to launch on March 20, 2023. This 100% online program will help students with 18 academic credits in information technology or one year of professional experience in information technology to gain an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology in as few as 20 months, with chances at also receiving CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst+ Certifications.
The Cybersecurity program at YTI Career Institute is designed for individuals in the field of information technology who desire a more thorough education and professional development in the area of cybersecurity. Graduates of the program are prepared to begin careers in occupations like Cybersecurity Analyst, Information Assurance Specialist, Network Security Engineer, Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst, Threat Intelligence Analyst. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of information security analysts is projected to grow 35 percent from 2021 to 2031.
Online instruction must be completed on your own schedule and will require about 25-30 hours per week for educational activities and study.
