At YTI Career Institute - Lancaster (YTI), there are two culinary programs that students can enroll in: Pastry Arts (12 months to complete) and Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management (20 months to complete). Both are a part of the Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts, a division of YTI Career Institute - Lancaster, and are offered in a hybrid format, with lectures online and labs on campus.
