The Veterinary Technician (vet tech) program offered through YTI Career Institute-York(YTI) can be completed in as few as 20 months. Graduates of the program earn an Associate in Specialized Technology degree and are provided Veterinary Technician National Exam test prep, as well.

- Cellular Biology
- Veterinary Anatomy and Physiology I and II
- Veterinary Parasitology
- Veterinary Hematology and Urinalysis
- Veterinary Microbiology and Immunology
- Veterinary Surgical Procedures
- Animal Nutrition
While in the vet tech program, students will learn helpful skills that can assist them in their career after graduation. Among these are:
