YTI Career Institute (YTI) offers a Pastry Arts program through the Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts, a division of YTI Lancaster. This program is offered in a hybrid format, with lectures online and labs on campus. Graduates can earn their degree in 12 months as well as the option to receive certification as a Certified Pastry Culinarian (CPCC). The certification is through the American Culinary Federation (ACF) as long as students are a member of ACF prior to graduation.
