Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts

Whether it's a passion for creating beautiful and delicious pastries, or managing a restaurant and sharpening your culinary skills, the Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts has programs for you.

Our Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management and Pastry Arts programs have produced top talent who have gone on to becoming head chefs, owners of restaurants and specialized pastry chefs. Our students are well-trained, due to the well-qualified instructors we have and practical learning they receive at our on-site industry-modeled kitchen. Our unique programs allow students to tap into their passion and love for food, as well as learn about business and leadership skills.

Veterinary Technician

Your love for animals and the desire to help them live happier and healthier lives is a passion that you can transform into a promising career at YTI. Our Veterinary Technician students master subjects and skills including animal anatomy and physiology, nutrition, breeding, husbandry, sanitation, behavior, handling, nursing, euthanasia, and necropsy for various animal species.

Students' education and training is then taken on-site at locations where they practice techniques and skills with a variety of animals, including large ones, like horses and cows. We provide our students with great instructors and facilities that can ensure they receive all the knowledge they need for their future careers.
